Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Application.
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the AI Translator App mobile application and any related services made available through the app.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Application.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use:
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Application on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Use.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the applicable Application Store.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Application or its content to you.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid auto-renewable Subscription. The title of the Subscription, its duration, pricing, and any applicable free trial period are displayed to you in the Application before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the rate of the selected plan.
You may manage or cancel your Subscription at any time through your Application Store account settings.
For Apple devices, you can manage subscriptions in: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
For Google Play, you can manage subscriptions through the subscriptions section in the Google Play Store.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that period ends unless otherwise stated by the applicable store.
If a Free Trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid Subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.
Except where required by applicable law, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the applicable Application Store under its own refund policies.
We may change Subscription pricing from time to time. Any such change will take effect in accordance with the rules of the applicable Application Store and after any notice required by law or store policy.
The Application may offer In-App Purchases, including subscriptions and feature unlocks.
All billing, payment processing, renewals, and refunds for In-App Purchases made through the Application Store are handled by the applicable Application Store and are subject to that store's terms, conditions, and policies.
If you experience billing or payment issues related to an In-App Purchase, you should contact the applicable Application Store directly.
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use.
You must not use the Application to:
The Application, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms of Use, no rights are granted to you in or to the Application.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Application, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or if we are required to do so for legal, operational, or security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your expectations. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is less.
These Terms of Use are between you and the Company only, and not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content.
If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and may enforce them against you.
You also acknowledge that your use of the Application must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms of Use become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
