This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Social Media Apps & Games GmbH ("Company", "we", "us"), the developer of the mobile application ChatApp.ai ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the App.
Use the App for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes upon the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, features, design, and code, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content. The Company makes no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of such content and disclaims liability for its use.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use:

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from the use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
