Information Collection, Use, and Sharing We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
AI Headshot and Face Data
Our AI Headshot feature allows users to voluntarily select or upload a photograph that may contain a human face in order to generate an AI-created headshot or other image transformation requested by the user.
Face Data We Process
We do not collect or create Face ID data, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, facial authentication information, or facial profiles used to identify an individual.
When a user chooses to use the AI Headshot feature, the photograph selected by the user and the facial appearance visible in that photograph are processed solely for the purpose of generating the AI headshot or image transformation requested by the user.
We do not use facial information to identify or authenticate users and do not create biometric or facial recognition profiles from submitted photographs.
How Face Data Is Used
User-submitted photographs containing faces are used only to provide the AI Headshot or image-generation functionality explicitly requested by the user.
We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, analytics, tracking, user profiling, identification, authentication, or the creation of facial recognition or biometric databases.
Third-Party Processing
Our AI Headshot models are operated using cloud AI infrastructure provided by Replicate, LLC (“Replicate”). When a user requests an AI Headshot, the selected photograph is securely transmitted to Replicate's infrastructure solely to execute the AI processing necessary to generate the image requested by the user.
Replicate is used as a technical infrastructure and processing provider for this feature.
We do not sell face data or share face data with advertising networks, analytics providers, data brokers, information resellers, or other parties for advertising, marketing, tracking, profiling, or identification purposes.
Storage, Retention, and Deletion
We do not store or retain photographs submitted through the AI Headshot feature on our own servers or databases.
Photographs are temporarily processed through Replicate's API infrastructure for the purpose of generating the requested image. According to Replicate's API data-retention policy, prediction input parameters, output values, input and output files, and logs are automatically removed after one hour by default.
We do not retain copies of submitted photographs after processing, and we do not retain biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, facial profiles, or other face data derived from submitted photographs.
User Choice
Use of the AI Headshot feature is optional. Users choose whether to provide a photograph and which photograph to submit.
Users who do not wish to have their photograph processed can choose not to use the AI Headshot feature.
